The circus is in town, and as with most bizarre and sometimes scary things, BrightestYoungThings did some in-depth coverage. We went to a pre-show event and interviewed some performers, stayed for the main show (pretty impressive stuff!), and got weird with people in the mezzanine. A few days later, based on an anonymous tip, we crashed the circus’s temporary home (aka a desolate railyard across the city) and met Tommy and Johnnie Walker, two members of the train crew that graciously shared a 12 pack of Bud with us and regaled us with stories about life on the circus train.
