Last night I went to the Signature Chefs Auction hosted by March of Dimes. It’s basically an event where all the big chefs and restaurateurs in DC come and give out samples of some of their dishes, with a live auction at the end; all the proceeds raised from the auction and tickets go to the March of Dimes for their work helping premature babies. The food was delicious and the cause good. Here’s what it looked like:
